Una Penisola di Luce (A Peninsula of Light) is a photography festival created by the photographer and gallery manager Lanfranco Colombo together with Roberto Montanari, event manager and president of the Association Carpe Diem.

An eminent initiative promoted and funded by the Municipality of Sestri Levante in collaboration with Mediaterraneo Servizi and sponsored by FIAF (Italian Federation of Photography Associations). The festival is an important meeting for both photographers and people interested in the field.

Audio-visual projections, book launches, music, exhibitions all over the city, portfolio readings and face to face meetings. Workshops with professionals and experts are organised to give amateurs the possibility to improve their skills and receive advice.

A full immersion in an innovative cultural programme set in Sestri Levante’s frame, between village and sea.
