On its second edition, the Winter Critical Beer Fair is the reference point for Italian and foreign producers, visitors and brew masters.
The event was created by Fabrizio Leo (brew master of Birra Leo in Chiavari), and Andrai Ballarini (owner of the restaurant La Sciamadda in Sestri Levante) in collaboration with Fabio Bongiorno (Accademia dei Sapori president). Three days completely dedicated to the world of beer with the aim of fostering the culture in the local territory.
Craft beers and traditional food from Liguria and Alto Adige, street food selected to pair the beer flavours, and tasting of local specialities like panigacci, testaieu and others.
A combination of Ligurian food with products from Alto Adige, culinary traditions mixed with workshops and events specifically designed to make these days more interesting.
